Let me start off by saying, my experience getting to know Ben as not only a real estate agent, but a genuine friend outside of his incredible efforts in finding me my dream apartment has been second to none. I truly feel that my move from Toronto to Ottawa (alone might I add) without the help of Ben, would have been a tumultuous events of unknowns. Every step of the leasing process, every document, every tiny factor in making the process easier was something Ben was minimum 5 steps ahead on. Of course not in an annoying way - almost in a way that silently eases even the most uptight personalities to know that this guy has you covered. I don’t even know where to begin to describe the amazing experience I’ve had working with Ben. I haven’t met anyone I’ve ever worked with that exemplified a partner, advisor and above all friend in an endeavour quite like this. As a first time homebuyer there was a lingering fear of blind spots, concerns based on lack of experience and general uncertainty on decision making. Having Ben at my side all those fears and mental manacles were completely expunged. Ben brings a humanistic approach to his business dealings that is quite rare. Ben was incredibly patient and beyond helpful during the house buying process for my partner and I.
